ED Foster crossed the white line twice as Totnes RFC earned a 29-14 victory over Plymstock Oaks II on Saturday, November 30.

His brace of tries earned Ed the Man of the Match award as well in what was a huge win in the Counties 3 Tribute Devon South & West.

This, a second win of the campaign, sees Totnes leapfrog Plymstock in the standings and they now sit eighth.

Thomas Edmonds, Finn Harvey and Henry call got in on the scoring act as well in this bonus-point win, Steve Chapple slotting two conversions to round off Totnes’ points total for the day at 29.

Samuel Howard and Dion Todd were the try-scorers for Plymstock who now only have Kingsbridge II below them in the table.

Coming up next on Saturday, December 7 for Totnes is a clash with Brixham II on home soil. Brixham are leading the way in the division, winning seven of their eight games to date and accumulating a very impressive 36 points.

It promises to be a difficult game for Totnes whilst, elsewhere in the league, second and third will go toe-to-toe.

Ivybridge II and Old Technicians both also have a record of 7-0-1 and both sit on 35 points, with table-toppers Brixham firmly in their sights.

At the other end, Plymstock and Kingsbridge will go on their travels to visit fifth-placed Paignton II and seventh-placed Plympton Victoria respectively.
