KYE Graham scored twice in the first 20 minutes to help Dartmouth AFC to their latest Devon Football League victory.

The young forward set Robbie Bowker’s side on their way against a struggling Bere Alston United and Dartmouth were then able to survive a less-than-convincing second half.

Tayden Williams fired back for United before Josh Briscomb was shown a second yellow card and duly dismissed, but an equaliser alluded Bere Alston.

This victory, a tenth of the league campaign, leaves Dartmouth sitting in seventh in the DFL standings, with 32 points. Topsham Town are only ahead on goal difference and after they put five past North Molton Sports Club on the weekend, it isn’t hard to see why.

For Bere Alston meanwhile, they remain one spot off of the bottom but a goalless draw for Ipplepen Athletic closes the gap between the two to goal difference alone as well.

Dartmouth host Plymstock United next.
