IVYBRIDGE maintained a tight grip on top spot in the C West division at the expense of South Devon.

SDCC had Ivybridge reeling at 28 for four after an early going over from Mali Marshall (4-44) and Jon Martin (1-33) with Zimbabwean run machine Cebo Tshiki among the early casualties.

Zach Dunn stuck around to make 67 from 116 balls and then further down the line, Jake Dunn made a speedy 28 not out to get the total up to 231 for nine.

SDCC meanwhile, were in trouble from the word go as none of their top three scored a run!

Marshall, in at two for four, made 46 and Martin 44 to get South Devon up to 123-6.

Once Martin went that was the end for South Devon, who subsided to 125 all out, falling by a whopping 106 runs. Arthur Johnson was named as Man of the Match with a 3-16 record and 64 runs with the bat.
