A controversial planning application is coming before the town council tomorrow.
The application to build nine houses on land to the north of Seymour Drive has caused frustration among residents on Seymour Drive and people within Dartmouth.
This will be coming before Dartmouth Town Council tomorrow on Wednesday, April 17.
Prior to the application being submitted, the proposed development land was cleared of all trees and shrubbery.
This angered residents on Seymour Drive, Dartmouth who were concerned the felling of trees was done illegally and without regard to the wildlife living there.
Dartmouth Town Council will be discussing the planning application at its planning meeting tomorrow night in the Guildhall at 6pm. The meeting is open to the public to attend. Results from the meeting and more on this planning application will feature in future editions of the Chronicle.
