An ambulance was called to attend to a teenage girl who was found unconscious outside a petrol station this afternoon.

A community first responder treated the girl before the ambulance arrived to Ilbert Road, Kingsbridge, at 4.50pm today.

A bystander said the girl had knocked herself out on a stone wall.

Her parents and other teenagers were at the scene when paramedics arrived, with the girl being taken to hospital shortly afterwards.
