AN Ivybridge mum has been accused of failing to send her teenage daughter to school.

The mother, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been charged with being the parent of a 13-year-old girl who did not attend school regularly.

South and West Devon Magistrates' Court adjourned the case to September 18.
