Kingsbridge Food Bank is looking for "superfit" volunteers to help them move supplies to their storage unit.

The team will be moving all their excess tins, bedding, clothes and toys to their storage unit in Dartmouth and would appreciate any help that people could give.

They will be at Horizons on Fore Street from 10.30am - meet them by using the steps on the right-hand-side of Tresillian and into the basement, there will be a group in the main hall so don’t use the front door.

Gerrie Messer, trustee, said: "If anyone can help, at the Kingsbridge or Dartmouth side, please come along - many hands make light work."

ETA at the Dartmouth side is about 12.30-1pm at Dartmouth Self Storage, Collingwood Road, Townstal Industrial Estate.
