Over 100 Rainbows, Brownies and Guides from the South Hams area recently took part in their World Thinking Day celebrations.
Girl Guides and Girl Scouts have been marking this day since 1926, to celebrate their sisterhood and honour the founders of the Scouting initiative.
The celebrations took place at Kingsbridge Academy, ahead of International Women’s Day.
Brown Owl and District Commissioner Sarah Stephens said: "Thinking day is a day when we think about other girl guides from all over the world. The sessions were all about empowering the girls”.
