THERE will be delays on Bridge Street and Fore Street in Kingsbridge on the next two Sundays as Kingsbridge Town Council puts up the Christmas lights.

The will be delays on Bridge Street and Fore Street on Sunday, November 20, and Sunday, November 27, during daylight hours so that the Christmas lights can be put up ready for the big switch on that takes place on Saturday, December 3.

Town clerk, Martin Johnson, said: ‘There will be delays and at various times throughout the day areas of these two streets will be closed to traffic as each light is put up. It is advisable to seek alternative routes where possible to avoid being delayed.’
