Dartmouth couple, Phil and Valarie Key moved to South Ford Road, three years ago and have had their recent extension to the ground floor of their Georgian property recognised by Devon Building Control by winning the prestigious 2018 Building Excellence Awards, Highly Commended Best Extension category, selected from thousands of applications made in 2017.

The awards took place at the Grade 1 Listed Forde House Newton Abbot on Thursday, March 15.
